The return policy stipulates that products may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt provided that the item remains unassembled and in its original packaging. It is mandatory that all returned items include the original packaging. Provided that there is photo evidence submitted to Brightech, return shipping costs will be covered by Brightech in instances where the product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect. However, for cases such as changes of mind, the customer will be responsible for a restocking fee, equaling the value of the cost for return shipping. All refunds will be processed within four business days.
