Items are dispatched within 2 business days from purchase and shipped with Standard Shipping that generally takes 2-5 business days. All orders are shipped at a flat rate of 20 CAD.

We are confident you’ll love your pieces however if there are any issues with sizing, style, the fit or quality you'll have 14 days to initiate a return of delivery receipt. Should you wish to return an item, please email us via Reitmans Customer Service for a pre-paid return slip. All you need to do is print out the return slip, attach it to the package and schedule a pick-up with our selected courier partner. You'll also receive a link to schedule a pick-up along with your return slip. Please note that we apply a restocking fee of 20 CAD for all returns.
