If for any reason you’re unhappy with your product, please send us a message via the website within 30 days of your purchase. Our team will be able to provide you with a return authorization and our mailing information. The product must be unopened, unsealed, and unused, we will happily provide you with a refund. At our discretion, we may issue merchant credit in lieu of a refund.Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is also responsible for the cost of the return mailer and restocking fee. Restocking fees for all accepted returns are fifteen percent (15%) of the order value, or $10, whichever is higher. A restocking fee does not apply for defective products (arrived broken) and unopened products returned as incorrect items (if we sent you the wrong item). If your items arrive broken i.e a nail polish bottle - we are happy to replace them. All returns must be approved before products are sent back. All Items on sale are final and non-refundable.
