Merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging. We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or that show apparent signs of use. To make a return or exchange, please contact support. Product is not eligible to be returned to RCL’s physical location and/or Distribution Center. Refunds will be processed once items have been received and inspected at our warehouse. Please note that original shipping fees, import fees, and duty fees are not refundable.
