No exchange or refund. If the quality of your purchase completed at www.rw-co.com is not satisfactory (example: the product has a defect or is damaged), the article must be returned within 30 days following the purchase. Please send in your email (by clicking on CONTACT SELLER on the order status page) describing the problem, your order number, a photo of the product in question as well as the lot number if applicable (6-digit number found on the bottom or side of the product). By the time we receive all these details, we will return another product.
