Returns by mail in Canada (for online purchases only):
RW&CO. offers free shipping for items returned by mail.
To return merchandise by mail, please follow these steps:
1. Send us an email return@rw-co.com.
2. In your email, list your name, telephone number and order number.
3. Please list the item numbers and quantities of each that you wish to return. If you are returning your entire order, you may simply indicate so.
4. A pre-paid shipping label will be forwarded to your email address.
5. Take one copy of your original invoice and indicate which items you are returning.
6. For each item being returned, we would love to know the reason for the return by using codes below:
A. Too big D. Arrived too late G. Duplicate shipment sent
B. Too small E. Damaged or defective H. Changed mind
C. Not as I expected F. Wrong item or color I. Other
7. Carefully pack the items to be returned and enclose the updated copy of the invoice
8. Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your return parcel and drop the parcel off at any Canada Post location.

Alternatively, you may call us at 1-855-232-RWCO (1-855-232-7926). You will be asked to leave your name, telephone number and order number. We will call you back within 2 business days to confirm the details of your return, after which a pre-paid mailing voucher will be forwarded to your email address.
Returns will be credited to the credit card used in the original transaction. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, unless you recieved an item in error. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the return to be credited.
